The majority of SAM users are clients of one of our partner consultants. The consultant performs the asbestos building inspection, enters data, and performs updates each time materials are removed. The consultant provides their client with access to view their building specific info in SAM (sample building survey link here). Please contact one of our partner consultants for a demonstration.
Data Collection
As stated, SAM was designed to be a better reporting method for asbestos building inspection reports. Since you can’t have a report until the data is entered, it only makes since that we integrated SAM with a convenient data collection tool. Both Facility and Consultant users have the ability to manually enter their existing data into SAM via the website. Additionally, we have programmed a synchronization feature to work with a third party application available through FulcrumApp.com. Users who would like to utilize this feature will have to purchase a separate subscription from Fulcrum. The synchronization feature is available with your subscription.

Facility
For the facility who wants to manage their asbestos containing materials in house. All data is entered and maintained by the facility’s authorized users. Use is limited to the buildings within a single facility. This option is ideal for campuses with several buildings. Note, this option could be used by a facility who hires a third party to perform their asbestos building inspections. Pricing: $6,000.00 per year for unlimited buildings (must be part of a single facility).

Consultant
This option is intended for accredited asbestos building inspectors who will service multiple building owners. Under this plan the Consultant can offer viewing access to their clients (as described above). Data management is limited to the consultant’s designated users. With this option, the Consultant can add as many buildings or facilities as they wish and then grant viewing access to their clients. Pricing: $3,000.00 per year for up to 5 buildings. Additional buildings can be added for $100.00 per year. Note, the user has the ability to deactivate buildings that are no longer to be used on SAM.
