Welcome to our Site Asbestos Manager, or SAM. SAM is our solution to the complex problem of asbestos building inspection reporting.

If you’re on this page, chances are you’ve thumbed through an old printed version of an asbestos building inspection report. If that’s true, then you probably thought there has to be a better way.

SAM is an interactive, always up-to-date, web-based software that allows the user to quickly access your building inspection report from any web-enabled device.

Once securely logged in, users can view the list of suspect asbestos containing materials (ACMs) and included color photos, quantities, and lab results. They can also access the building floor plan and select rooms with a tap of the screen to see which materials in a particular space have been tested. Sample locations, laboratory results, and various related documents can all be stored in SAM.
